Treatments included in your holiday

When you arrive at The BodyHoliday, you will receive your personal treatment schedule. Every day of your stay (except on the days of arrival and departure) you receive a 50-minute body treatment designed to relax, rejuvenate and awaken your senses. The treatments are customized for both male and female guests. 

We house 33 treatment rooms, serviced by 35 highly trained massage and beauty specialists. We use only the best and most natural products for all our treatments.

In addition to your pre-scheduled treatments that are included in the price of your holiday, many of our guests take advantage of Extra Stuff for added pampering.

Massages are based on Swedish massage techniques using medium pressure and aromatherapy oils.  No treatments are offered to children under sixteen.

Musclease Aromaspa Ocean Wrap

A combination of seaweed and massage helps to detoxify, release muscle tension and muscle spasm and fatigue.

Deluxe Coconut & Spice Combo

A combination of a back, head, neck and shoulder massage, releasing back, neck and shoulder stiffness, eye strain and tension headaches.

Lucian Ginger & Lime Scrub

After a light body brushing, warm oil is drizzled sparingly over the body, ginger and lime cleanses and polishes the skin with a final application of a skin-nourishing milk bath.

Nurturing Massage for Mother-To-Be

Helps to relieve tension in the lower and upper back, as well as alleviate swelling of the hands and feet.

Oasis Full body Massage

This massage relaxes muscular tension and toxins that build-up in the body.  It increases circulation and encourages muscle tone.

Oasis Hand Zone Foot Therapy

The hands and feet are massaged working on pressure points resulting in total relaxation.

Elemis Skin Specific Facials 

You may choose, according to your skin type, one of the following facials.

Thalasso therapy, or hydro therapy, helps the body replenish essential revitalizing natural elements and mineral salts resulting in total relaxation. This therapy is a fundamental and invaluable treatment to enhance therapeutic treatments including; Improved circulation; Increased hydration; Improved muscular and skeletal condition; and Muscle toning, just to name a few.

Rooms

Your room is your holiday retreat stocked with all the amenities you need to relax. Our rooms come in many sizes, but each has a feeling of first-class comfort and privacy – the perfect holiday getaway.

Each room is equipped with a hair dryer and a plentiful supply of toiletries. You'll receive a white cotton robe for lounging and wearing on the way to your daily appointments at The Oasis, The Centre for Health & Well-being.

All rooms are air conditioned, with direct dial telephone, voice mail facility and data ports, a clock radio, in-room safe, private bath and shower, hair dryer and razor ports. All rooms have dual 110/220 voltage.

Single Garden View Room

We have created a block of Rooms dedicated to the single traveler. They are priced for single occupancy – no supplement. They are of generous size and fabulously furnished with Pulaski Collection furniture and a Queen size, four-poster bed. Each Room has a garden view. The Single Garden View Room is also ideal for teenagers whose parents are in residence.

Luxury Room

This Luxury Room has a four-poster, draped king size bed, or two twin beds, with a mini fridge, marble floors, rattan chairs and a writing desk set against the backdrop of pastel color walls. The bathroom has a marble vanity with double sinks. French doors open to a garden view from a private balcony dressed with patio furniture.

 

Luxury Ocean View Room

The Luxury Ocean View Room is located in our elevated three/four story building with pool and partial ocean view. This Room, has a four-poster, king size bed or two twin beds, pastel walls, a mini fridge, marble floors, rattan chairs and a writing desk. The bathroom has a marble vanity and double sinks. French doors open to a private balcony dressed with patio furniture.

Premier Ocean View Room

Located on the highest level of the hotel, the Premier Ocean View Room has a private, breath-taking view of the hotel, the Ocean and the St. Lucia coastline. Each Room has a four-poster, mahogany king size bed or two twin beds. The Room is also dressed with a mini fridge, a mahogany-top writing desk and an armchair and chaise lounge. The pastel color décor is spa-like and lets the relaxation begin immediately. The bathroom has a granite vanity with one sink and a Kohler Body all-over jet shower. French doors open to a balcony or terrace that is furnished with wicker armchairs and a dining table.

Deluxe Ocean Front Room

Located adjacent to the sea, you can hear the sea breaking in front of your balcony. The Room is decorated with luxurious furnishings and has a mini fridge, an ipod docking station and a leather, mahogany-top, writing desk. A contemporary natural bathroom features two blue glass sinks perched on a travertine vanity next to a Kohler Body all-over jet shower. This over-sized bathroom also houses a vanity table. The floors are finished in natural stone and cedar wood, adding brilliance to the luxurious finish. Each Room is fitted with eco friendly power control systems. The bedroom is furnished with either a king size four poster bed, or two twin beds. The balcony is furnished with chic and comfortable wicker armchairs and footrests along with a coffee table.

Grand Luxury Ocean Front Room

Located in our four-story building with a panoramic view of the ocean, this Room category is richly furnished with mahogany and a dramatic king size, four-poster bed. There’s a mini fridge, an ipod docking station, a fabulous large marbled bathroom with bath and shower, marble make- up vanity, separate marble sink vanity and a generous balcony dressed with patio furniture, overlooking the ocean.

Grand Luxury Ocean Front Junior Suite

This Suite is furnished as the Grand Luxury Ocean Front Room but with the added luxury of a comfortable and beautifully furnished sitting room area.

 

Grand Luxury Ocean Front Suite

This Suite is located on the top floor of our two-storey building adjacent to the sea. It has two separate rooms – a bedroom and living room which are divided by double doors. Each Suite has marble floors throughout and is dressed with a wet bar, ipod docking station and a CD player. The double-sized balcony is furnished with loungers and a table.
