Lucerne Summer Festival
This year’s classic Lucerne Summer music festival will be adopting the refreshing theme of Nature: Vivaldi’s and Haydn’s Seasons, Beethoven’s Pastorale, the Alpine Symphony by Strauss, and Debussy’s La Mer will be enriching the program.
Claudio Abbado will be opening the season with his Lucerne Festival Orchestra, and the Italian maestro can be seen in five concerts altogether. The Berlin and Vienna Philharmonic Orchestras will be paying a visit to Lucerne, as are the Concertgebouworkest Orchestra and also the Chicago and Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestras. We will be happy to enquire about ticket prices and availability for the concerts on your behalf and according to your personal preferences. Transfers are available on request.
