How do I reserve my services?
A professional concierge spa will be available from 9 am to 5 pm daily at the hotel lobby to assist you with Spa reservations or directly at the SPA Front desk by dialing extensions 835 or 836

Advance booking is highly recommended to ensure that your preferred time and service is available
How do I select my services?
A professional spa therapist will professionally analyze your skin and then
recommend the ideal treatments based on your goals and needs. Special menu for the unlimited spa package is available with included services.
Is it safe to take more than one treatment per day?
We recommend to take no more than 100 minutes per day to avoid any possible health problems.
When should I arrive?
If this is your first visit to the SPA we strongly suggest arriving one hour before your scheduled time in order to fully enjoy our hydrothermal circuit. Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment.
What do I wear?
Come as you wish. Upon arrival, the spa will provide you with a luxurious robe
and footwear. We encourage you to bring a swimsuit to take full advantage of all
spa amenity areas.
How Should I Prepare?
We recommend that you refrain from eating at least two hours prior to your spa visit. We also encourage you to drink plenty of water for maximum hydration.
Cell phone
To assure a phenomenal experience, we ask that you keep your cell phone and
other electronics turned off while at the spa.

Special needs
Because your safety is our number one priority, we ask that you kindly notify the
spa manager and your skincare specialist of any special assistance or medical
conditions you may have such as: allergies, high blood pressure, heart condition,
diabetes, pregnancy, etc.
Smoking and alcohol
For your own safety we strongly recommend not drinking any alcoholic beverage two hours prior to your treatment. Alcoholic beverages as well as smoking are not allowed inside the SPA premises.
