Meet Aurelia

The MS Aurelia is a 49m (161 ft) long, 8.8 m (28 ft) wide luxury vessel, with a cruising speed of nine nautical miles. Built in 2020/2021 with the latest state-of-the-art equipment and amenities. Maximum capacity of 38 passengers in 18 twin or double cabins, guaranteeing an intimate setting for all guests. The ship has a spacious fully air-conditioned main deck dining room with bar and lounge area with LCD TV. The Aurelia features 8 VIP upper deck cabins each with their own private balcony. The ship has 2 main deck cabins with picture windows and 8 lower deck cabins, with portholes.

Transfer from the Dubrovnik airport to the Gruž harbor for check-in at 2 p.m. Early flight arrivals will have free time to explore Dubrovnik on their own. After the check-in, transfer to the Old Town for a guided city tour and a cable car ride to the Srđ mountain to enjoy scenic views of the mighty ramparts of Dubrovnik and of the Elaphiti Islands. Descend and meander with your local expert through the narrow, car-free limestone streets – worn smooth under the soles of centuries of pedestrians, exploring the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture.  After the tour, free time for lunch followed by a return transfer to the harbor, where the deluxe superior vessel Aurelia - your home for the next seven nights is docked. Welcome reception and a sunset cruise alongside the old city walls while a buffet dinner is served on deck. Enjoy the spectacular views of this magnificent town. Overnight in Dubrovnik.

Departure for the small village of Slano on the mainland, a peaceful fishermen's village and the starting point for Ston, once fortified small village famous for its oysters. After exploring the town’s vast medieval ramparts, a short coastal walk leads to an oyster farm. Learn about oysters while having a taste of this delicacy. Back on the vessel, headed toward Korčula, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Upon arrival, have fun in a group treasure hunt of the enchanting town fortified by walls. Korčula treasures more legends, tales and monuments than any other place, discover some while wandering along its herringbone pattern streets.

Morning cruise towards Split, Croatia’s second-largest city, a busy university and maritime centre. Lunch on board and upon arrival, there will be a guided city tour. The Old Town is under UNESCO world heritage protection and it is abundant with historical and cultural monuments, including the Diocletian’s palace which the Roman emperor built as his retirement home. Split is wondrous both to locals and to the many visitors who fall in love with a 1,000 plus-year-old beauty. This historical town will knock you off your feet with its abundance of things to see and do and with its unique lively atmosphere. Back on the vessel for some wine and olive oil tasting. Overnight in the Split harbor.

After breakfast, cruise towards Pučišća, a typical Mediterranean village, situated on the northern side of the Brač Island, at the bottom of a deep bay and famous for the world-known white stone of Brač. A visit to one of the few stone masonry workshops left in Europe. Afterwards, swimming at the most famous beach in Dalmatia – Zlatni Rat near Bol – whose shingle promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly cause the shape to change. Lunch on board and some rest before we head to Bol for some wine tasting. Bol is a typical fishermen’s village that became a popular tourist destination yet retaining its small-village-charm. In the evening, a Captain’s dinner with live entertainment onboard and overnight in the port of Bol.

Morning departure towards Hvar, the sunniest Adriatic island, covered in vibrant and fragrant lavender fields and olive groves. The historic island town Hvar is home to seventh-century fortifications, a Venetian loggia, historic piazzas and the oldest municipal theatre in Europe.  Join a guided tour and learn all about this fashionable destination. Lunch on board and time at leisure to explore on your own and to find the perfect place for dinner out of the vast choice of restaurants, tavern, clubs and cafes. Overnight in Hvar.

Morning cruise further south to the Island of Mljet. The legend says, Greek hero, Odysseus during his travels, was captured by the nymph Calypso and spent years with her in the cave right here, on Mljet. Enjoy one of the greenest islands of Adriatic and beware of the nymphs. Join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to the St Mary Isle and visit the ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a Church dating from the 12th Century. Mljet is a quiet and protected area, enjoy the serenity, nature and relax your senses. It is home to many endemic plant species and it has a rich historical heritage. However, there are a lot of options for different activities, such as a kayak or bicycle rental. After the lunch on board, time at leisure to explore and enjoy. Dinner onboard. Overnight in Polača or Pomena port.

Early morning departure towards Trstenik on the Pelješac peninsula, well known for its excellent wine. Lunch on board and afternoon arrival to Trstenik. Today, we take you inland to explore the rural areas. Transfer to the village followed by a visit to a local farm to indulge in a typical village party with Croatian delicacies, an all-inclusive dinner with local dishes made from their own produce. Late transfer back to the vessel. Overnight in Trstenik.

The sophisticated design of the cabin interiors doesn’t compromise on comfort or space. The 18 spacious air-conditioned cabins feature a private en suite bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, in-room safe, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Some cabins also include a comfortable seating area. Warm natural tones and light colored woods create a sense of harmony. Luxury fabrics provide an elegant designer finish. The ship has 2 main deck cabins with picture windows and 8 lower deck cabins, with portholes.

Onboard the MS Aurelia guests can relax and enjoy a host of modern amenities in communal areas that are spacious and inviting. Start the day with breakfast in the expansive air-conditioned restaurant, with accompanying panoramic views from the large windows. There is also a bar with comfortable sofa seating. There is a large sundeck that has a total surface of 250 m2 (820 sq ft) with partial sun-shade cover of 70 m2 (230 sqft) and comfortable deck-beds for all passengers all with easy access to the Jacuzzi tub. To the rear of the ship, there is a swimming platform with ladder access to the sea, 2 outdoor showers, and two deck lavatories.

Throughout your cruise, look forward to lots of fantastic gastronomic delights. You’ll have opportunities for enjoying delicious eats at local restaurants on land as well as mouthwatering meals onboard, served on a half-board basis.
